quick question

sup guys, let me start off by saying im extreamly livid as i am typing this bc this is my 2nd week of "bulking" and i am on the push, pull, legs, then 2 days off routine nd during my pull my new gym facility closed 30 mins into my workout . the gym stated they closed at 1030 on the poster and they tell me mid workout that it closing in 5 mins (which was 9:30).
i am so heated bc i take two days off and i kno each workiut is extreamly important... what do i do bc i rlee did not get a full pull day whatsoever.. i got to do rows 3x pullup 3x and deadlift 1x
 
I don't know the details of your training split. I guess you missed bi's? Hit 'em today, like you said, you have some days off now. Adapt and overcome! And talk to the manager so it doesn't happen again.
 
werd yea i did legs and bis. my split is push, pull, legs, 2 days off until my dbol test cycle this january where i will stay on the push, pull, leg, only with a day off. thanks for the reply
 
Just takes it as a loss and let the body recover. You still did rows and pull ups and a little dl so thats enough to cause growth. Assuming you eat enough. Next time get there earlier.

I wouldn't loose my sleep over it too mate, as joe stated let your body recover. I got equipments at home just in case if I don't like going to the gym or don't have time to travel or whteva.
