hey guys,
I been on 5x5 for than 7 weeks, although i getting massive increase in compound exercises, but i have lost heaps of weight and definition. dunno why its happening. i am eating like 6 times a day. but feel like fucked after my workout. currently i am taking CGT-max, Z-force & NO as supplements. my workout is same as madcow's one but jus with couple of extra islotation exercises. plz help.
