Obviously when your doing the 5x5 exercise your not going to failure on every set. My question is how many of you go to failure on your other exercises after the 5x5.
Heres an example of my Chest/Front+Side Delts Day done yesterday:
Incline Press:
275x5
275x5
275x5
275x5
275x5
Flat Press:
295x9
305x7
Dips:
65x10
75x7
Overhead Press
80x5
80x5
80x5
80x5
80x5
Side Raises
15x15
20x12
As you can see in my other sets(not 5x5) I go to failure, then bump the weight up and go to failure again. I was wondering how you guys lift on those other sets?? Do you go up like I do, or stay at the same weight likie you do on the 5x5 sets??
