I haven't been around for a bit but I hope you're all well.
I'm going to start a lil' clen course tomorrow.
I haven't done it for years, and when i did It was misguided and it's a long story
Anyhoo.
I'm dieting hard right now and I need to get my metabolism alittle faster and I hate eca's because they make me edgy and panicky, I can handle clen though.
In your opinions.
Does it really work well in conjunction with Cardio One hour in the morning empty stomach and a clean diet, or is it bullshit and the diet and cardio are doing the work, if you know what I mean?
I'll be doing 2days on two days off for three weeks or so.
Let me know your veiws.
