Questions: Air Travel with gear

Im going to start taking winny today or tomorrow but I will be flying out of state tonite to be onsite with a client all next week.

My question is, if I carry a bottle of winny with me, and its in my luggage, will they want to see what Im carrying when they scan it in the x-ray machine? Or are they limited to just searching for weapons and bombs and such? Or am I being too paranoid?

I figure I can carry my pins in my pockets, as its not enough metal to set of the alarm. I guess I can do the same with the winny, as it doesnt have any noticable amount of metal on it.

Do any of you have to travel with gear? If so, how do you get around it?

I would not travel with it bro. Pins will show up on a x-ray nice and bright. If you have them in your pocket and they are discovered, it could open you up to a full blown search. Even if you had A vial that showed up, it could really cause a delay in explaining to them what it was-missed flight.

It also depends where you are going. I travel to Europe often, and some of those airports are so anal, they will detain you if you smile wrong. I got detained one time because I was answering all the questions at the gate with "that is correct" and "no". They detained me because I was answering yes and no questions with suspicion.

Don't worry about it man. When you go through security all they're looking for is knives, guns, or explosives. It's the customs when you land that you have to worry about. If your not travelling internationally you don't even have to go through customs. Put the pins in your checked in luggage.

What if I just prepped up a few pins with the needed dosage and kept those on my person? That way, I would be carrying 3 loaded pins at the max (100 mg eod). I dont think 3 pins would set off the metal detector as my watch, belt, and ring isnt enough to set it off. Plus, I could take my watch off and stow in laptop case just to give a bit more Fluff room for the metal detector, so to speak.

My concern would be for the loads. Would it run the winny not being refrigerated for a 2 hour or so time span?

I could always keep a big gulp cup of water and ice and after going thru security, just put the pins in my drink till I get to my hotel.

My travel is not international. My flights are about 1 hour or so long. No biggie. Im just worried about either the security noticing a vial and/or pins and then wanting to do a search or getting nutty.

Whats your opinion on this method?

the winny doesn't need to be refrigerated. the pins could set off the metal detector depending on the sensitivity they've set it to. If i were you i'd load one syringe, break off the needle, but keep the end screwed on, and just take it orally. This should keep it from spilling i think.

Im not from the USA, so dont flame me for this, but cant you post the pins to where ever your gonna be staying, and just carry the winny with you?

i travel quite often and i have a small thermo bag that goes through the x-ray machine...inside is a couple pacs of blue ice, my growth hormone and syringes....i was never stopped and questioned about the bag....

Pins are stainless steel which is much more dense than gold , but watches will sontimes set of a detector.

bro just put you shit in separete bagsthat you check , or if you have one bag , just scater the shit around the bag
Rap your bottel with aluminum foil so it showes up as one dense object , try to make it look like a cylinder or a batery or it will show the outline of the bottel

I've carried my Glock on many trips , just dissasimbled it and scattered it out in a bag , never been checked

and if customes catches you they'll more than likely just take your shit as it is not enough to distribute
