questions about deca

New member
I'm thinking of adding deca to my next cycle [Finished one cycle of test-e], mostly for the joint healing properties. Are they enough to notice and is it permanent? I have a few old joint injuries that have never fully healed and would be happy if ANY relief occurs.

Can I pin it bi-weekly with my test-e even though its a prop or would pinning it alone EOD be better? Does it make a decent frontloader?

Thanks.

You will feel relief but there's no guarantee that it's effects are permanent. I've read logs from guys that had permanent joint relief and some that experienced pain again after deca left their system. Keep in mind deca sticks around for awhile so even 5-6 weeks after your cycle (or even longer) you could experience joint relief but it could easily resurface

The amount and duration of relief may also depend on whether the pain is coming from the periosteum, tendons or ligaments

sounds to me like you need to give your joints a chance to heal. running more steroids and top of more steroids and continueing to pound away is not gonna heal your issues.

there are a lot of factors that are at work here. i don't have time to give you a list but the obvious ones are poor form when you are lifting. being tall and lanky (sorry but its annoying see these tall and lanky dudes work out who look like King Tut with their wrappings, perhaps you should realize you are pushing too much weight vs. what your joints can handle) .. if you are lifting heavy weight and it hurts then you better drop the weight

are you a newb lifter? if so it can takes years for you to get over these little nagging type injuries, but pounding away is just gonna make them worse. did you abuse PK's? did u abuse any type of anti-inflammatory?

why don't you grab some fish/krill oil? why don't you look into forged or Xtreme joint supplements? go to NTBM or mr supps and look, this is the route you need to take from here.

Oh, I already take tons of MSM/Glucosamine/fish oil. Along with lots of prehab work.

The issue is a tear in wrist cartilige, and although surgery has mostly fixed it, I cant hyperextend without pain. It has forced me to give up power cleans, front squats, etc. I've also had to quite grappling.

Obviously, I can live without those but it'd be nice to add those back.

lol don't you think this information would have been helpful if you posted it originally?

and just as i suspected if you take steroids and more steroids and continue to lift you are only gonna fuck yourself more. be smart and stop being stubborn

Eq boosts collagen synthesis greater then deca does. However like the others said you could open up possibility for further injury.

Running Deca to fix an injury is like putting a bandaid on it. It's a temporary fix, and if you aren't careful it could lead to more damage or injury.

I would most definitely let a medical professional check your injury to make sure you dont need
something like surgery.

I'm madly in love with deca. However, it won't heal structural damage, but it does sooth aching joints..
