im starting my test 500mg/eq ew 400mg ew/var 40mg ed clean bulking cycle towmorrow,i know high levels of testosterone fights cortisol and when i do my cardio i always treat it like my workout and have a shake and oatmeal before and afterwords, but what i am wondering is if anyone thinks i could still burn fat and preserve muscle doing cardio on a empty stomach in the morning while on 1180 mg of anabolics a week?has anyone done this and had good results or should i just stick with the same ol shit and eat before and aferwords?

Ok man, this is different with everyone. Some people have to do cardio 5-6 days a week, some 3, some none. I like the results of cardio first thing in am on empty stomach while on or off gear. No shake b4 the cardio, you could take 5-10mg BCAA's with water, drink that. Get your cardio done, go home and EAT. Keep in mind that while on gear your appetite is going to skyrocket and then calories are needed at a higher level because of the intensity and strength you use up in your workouts...start with the minimum amount of cardio each week keeping EVERYTHING else the same, see if three weeks does good or does not much. THen adjust, more cardio more often, or even less cardio.. my .02

thanks for the info
