Should I work out 3 or 4 days a week if I'm trying to bulk?
the 5x5 workout doesn't seem like it would work
well right now I'm not sure i can do squats or dead lift because of my ankle i sprianed it a week ago any other idea for legs for the next week or so?
I understand it just feels like if I workout my upper body and not my lower ill have a corn dog shaped body haha
So you wouldn't add any curls or anything?
