question on "push" day

i am performing the exercises on this day in the following order:
Hammer strength bench press
DB incline
Flys
MP
Bar pushdowns
Single arm pushdowns

i feel like i am robbing my MP of the endurance that we are all striving for. having 3 grueling exercises before makes it tough to progress the way that i expect to progress.

any chance i/we could perform this exercise 1st instead of 4th (maybe every other workout)?

or is there a rhyme and/or reason for doing it within the current structure? thanks mang
 
Part of the conditioning is to do it this way, so while you may use less weight your development will be much higher.

HOWEVER you can do 2 things.

1) Increase your break time from 1-2 minutes to 3-4 minutes AFTER you complete the Flys

OR

2) Do the military Presses BETWEEN your triceps work

this should solve it :)
 
i am going to try #2

i'm enjoying the fast pace that you have us on. 1-2 minutes max for me know with breaks
