Question on Flax dosage.

I get mine at Vitamin World in the mall...16oz for $12. First Tue and Wed of every month they have a 30% off sale on all store brand products. Once in a while it'll be 2 for 1.

Where can you find flax seed oil at? My grocery store only carries it in pill/capsule form over with the rest of the vitamins.
