I have spoken with a number of you regarding my first cycle. I was going to start a Deca\Sust the second week of Aug. My original order got jacked and now I have to reorder. After reading MANY posts and hearing many opinions, what's the feelings on substituting EQ instead of the Deca ????? The Deca has numerous sides and the EQ seems to be lighter on the sides and not have the shutdown the Deca is notorious for.

The gains should be as good and actually have more lean mass instead of water, correct ??? And are they as permenant ???
 
Forget the EQ and the Deca...... stick with Sust only..... depending on how much you weigh, 250-500mg's should be fit.... maybe will Dbol @ 20mg's for the first four weeks to kick start things.
 
well i have to say i disagree with the above post, i think your first cycle is the MOST important, and the one that you'll get the most gains from PERIOD. Deca is light on sides, just shuts you down for a long time, as will test and eq. I say do 500mg sust, 400mg deca, and 25mg dball per day first four weeks, you 'll love it!!!
 
Very few people (if any) need to do a gram of gear a week on their first cycle to get phenominal results. Suggesting that much gear to a first-timer without knowing anything about his age, stats, diet, or training (not to mention overall health) is irresponsible IMO. I gained like 30 lbs on my first cycle and I was only on 350 mg total gear a week for the first 3 or 4 weeks and then 700 mg combined gear for the next 4 or 5 weeks.

On your first cycle, you have no idea how you will react to gear. Maybe the sides will be severe or maybe you won't have any sides at all; you just don't know. It would be wise to start at lower dosages and see how your body reacts before increasing the dosage. I bet you would gain 20 lbs or more on 250 mg sust + 250 mg deca for 10 weeks if your diet and training are in check. Remember, side effects are always dose dependant. The more you take, the more risk there is.
