when i get my pecs and shoulders pumped up to retarded amounts, (as would happen from even the first set with 25 peak contracted controlled reps), my pecs get so tight that when using light weight for dumbells (as would be used for the lower weight higher rep sets of dumbells), my arms dont get pushed back enough to touch my chest with the dumbells@!
i can fix that in two ways:
1) angle my elbows inwards so its more triceps and still a good amount of focus on chest, so the dumbells hit further in on my chest
or
2) flex my BACK and lats and reardelts, PULLING the weight to my outer chest. - which would use alot of energy sapping me so my 4th set wouldnt use as much weight.
which one of the two would be best utilized for omegaproject???
