Not sure bout Km, but I can do 2 miles in about 17 minutes. That's slow by the way. (the hills didn't help much either)
I was just cruising at a relaxed jogging pace. But I could probably go for 2-3 more miles like that.

i normally do 2km runs and see how fast i can finish them...

They say about G.W. Bush that he can run 3 miles in 21 min(7 min per mile), which is an excellent time for his age.
When I was in the army my best 2 miles run ( 2miles=3.2 km ) was 13.30 min..2miles=3.2 km.
That was a while ago. Now I do run 3 miles every other day in around 23-24 minutes. Still trying to improve.
