Question for my first sustanon cycle, thanks!

hi im 20 years old, i weigh 61 kgs, my bf percentage is around 10% im roughly around 5 foot 7 inches tall.

ive been working out off and on for a little less then a year

( i understand most of you will have your own personal opinions that i am an idiot to begin taking sustanon with little to no GYM and nutrition experience, however i greatly appreciate those of you that understand my impatience and wish to help me to do this as best i can)

and have also recently started Mixed martial arts classes monday and wednesday nights i am soon to begin taking sustanon 250

i was wondering if you guys could help me out with a rough idea of what i need in my diet to put on as much muscle as possible.

also i was wondering which workout program would be good for me to do around the mixed martial arts classes or if id be better off giving the MMA a miss for a while to have better, faster gains.

You are at your peak in development you don't need anything but a good training program and Diet Those play a major role in how you want to look, Getting stronger doesn't take a whole lot of innate talent or athletic ability. What it does take is tons of dedication and commitment. It's an endless journey with no off-season, so you better learn to trust in the process and hunker down for the long haul because big results won't happen overnight.

I weighed a whopping 122 pounds when I started seriously lifting weights.

Looking at me then, you certainly wouldn't have predicted big things from me in the weight room. I didn't even predict big things from myself. But really, what's the alternative? Not lift and stay weak? No thanks.

Furthermore, you never know what your true limits are until you push yourself beyond your comfort zone and test them.

I started learning more about training and nutrition and getting after it in the gym with everything I had. I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, but they've never been from lack of effort.

I remember a stint early on where I lifted 60 consecutive days in a row. These weren't easy sessions either. I'm talking two-hour ball busters where I left looking like I'd just hopped in the shower with my clothes on.

Was it the smartest thing in the world? Probably not, but at least I was trying. If I had it to do it over, I wouldn't change a thing. I probably sacrificed 1-2 pounds of muscle from overtraining a little bit at the time, but it helped instill a mental toughness and drive in me that has paid far greater dividends.So to sum it up "ROME WASN'T Built IN A DAY"
Use your time developing to build a good foundation it will pay far more than just adding enhancements and 1 year in the gym.
I will be more than happy to set you up a program and diet but! forget steroids for now, they do come with concenquences you know, Bitch tits, loss of sex drive,depression...The list goes on.
 
thanks for the thoughtful response, i appreciate it alot but my mind is made up and my order has already been made i would just appreciate some help as to how i can do this best.

call me impatient but i cannot and will not spend 4 years busting my balls in the gym for the gains i can make in one year on sustanon.

i see people and certain gang members who barely work out at all let alone know how to lift correctly (there diet consists of macdonalds, KFC followed by a weekend of binge drinking and taking ecstacy and speed. and these guys are fucking huge)

im just being honuest. i understand there are alot of people who have the idea in there heads that not being 25 and at a plateu is signing your on death warrant but to those people i ask: pls show me the deceased?

BTW i'm 60 and you can see what i've accomplished in my profile.Yeah! I've been around the block a few times,take the advice as you will! I'm done, You have to be 21 here to post anyway!
 
I know you didn't just ignore & disregard advice from one of the most knowledgeable and respected men on this board...

He's right, read his post again. This forum does not condone helping people below a certain age, that age being 21. They didn't randomly stumble upon this number - if you're below this number your body is still producing natural hormones, you don't NEED juice until you've hit your genetic potential.

Be smart, you only have one body. Be good to it.

And if you say 'bump' again after I've typed all this out I'll find you and smack you lol
 
No advice to anyone under 21 and even that i think you should have had at least 4 yrs busting it in the gym until you're 25.

We can't show you the deceased but what we can do is show you people who chose to be impatient, did no prior research, got in over their head and look like complete shit now due to lack of planning... as well as list all 5,000 reasons you're making the wrong decision.

At the end of the day it's your body, do what you wish, but you more than likely won't get much help here... Not because we are assholes, we just aren't going to go against what we believe is right..

no your not assholes.. im not going to spend 4 years of my life wasted in a fucking gym to gain 10 kilograms because some guru on the internet told me so. have you tried doing it this way? have you tried not worrying about PCT? no you have not and because of that you believe your way is the only way that it can be done, id believe you but i see people that have and are fine!!! and still fucking big today when not taking gear.

i hate to have to carry on like this but fuck ive seen other threads where people have said "his mind is made up atleast help the guy out rather then leaving him stranded" here i am sick of being 60 fucking kilograms and im not going to spend 4 years in the gym to reach 70kg if you cant understand where im coming from and want to leave me for dead then yes you are an asshole i would never do this to a fellow person. but hey this is the world we live in i should not have expect people on a website to want to actually genuinely help someone, this is no different to fucking youtube. thanks.
