Question for my first sustanon cycle, thanks!

hi im 20 years old, i weigh 61 kgs, my bf percentage is around 10% im roughly around 5 foot 7 inches tall.

ive been working out off and on for a little less then a year

( i understand most of you will have your own personal opinions that i am an idiot to begin taking sustanon with little to no GYM and nutrition experience, however i greatly appreciate those of you that understand my impatience and wish to help me to do this as best i can)

and have also recently started Mixed martial arts classes monday and wednesday nights i am soon to begin taking sustanon 250

i was wondering if you guys could help me out with a rough idea of what i need in my diet to put on as much muscle as possible.

also i was wondering which workout program would be good for me to do around the mixed martial arts classes or if id be better off giving the MMA a miss for a while to have better, faster gains.

You are at your peak in development you don't need anything but a good training program and Diet Those play a major role in how you want to look, Getting stronger doesn't take a whole lot of innate talent or athletic ability. What it does take is tons of dedication and commitment. It's an endless journey with no off-season, so you better learn to trust in the process and hunker down for the long haul because big results won't happen overnight.

I weighed a whopping 122 pounds when I started seriously lifting weights.

Looking at me then, you certainly wouldn't have predicted big things from me in the weight room. I didn't even predict big things from myself. But really, what's the alternative? Not lift and stay weak? No thanks.

Furthermore, you never know what your true limits are until you push yourself beyond your comfort zone and test them.

I started learning more about training and nutrition and getting after it in the gym with everything I had. I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, but they've never been from lack of effort.

I remember a stint early on where I lifted 60 consecutive days in a row. These weren't easy sessions either. I'm talking two-hour ball busters where I left looking like I'd just hopped in the shower with my clothes on.

Was it the smartest thing in the world? Probably not, but at least I was trying. If I had it to do it over, I wouldn't change a thing. I probably sacrificed 1-2 pounds of muscle from overtraining a little bit at the time, but it helped instill a mental toughness and drive in me that has paid far greater dividends.So to sum it up "ROME WASN'T Built IN A DAY"
Use your time developing to build a good foundation it will pay far more than just adding enhancements and 1 year in the gym.
I will be more than happy to set you up a program and diet but! forget steroids for now, they do come with concenquences you know, Bitch tits, loss of sex drive,depression...The list goes on.

call me impatient but i cannot and will not spend 4 years busting my balls in the gym for the gains i can make in one year on sustanon.

i see people and certain gang members who barely work out at all let alone know how to lift correctly (there diet consists of macdonalds, KFC followed by a weekend of binge drinking and taking ecstacy and speed. and these guys are fucking huge)

im just being honuest. i understand there are alot of people who have the idea in there heads that not being 25 and at a plateu is signing your on death warrant but to those people i ask: pls show me the deceased?

BTW i'm 60 and you can see what i've accomplished in my profile.Yeah! I've been around the block a few times,take the advice as you will! I'm done, You have to be 21 here to post anyway!
 
I know you didn't just ignore & disregard advice from one of the most knowledgeable and respected men on this board...

He's right, read his post again. This forum does not condone helping people below a certain age, that age being 21. They didn't randomly stumble upon this number - if you're below this number your body is still producing natural hormones, you don't NEED juice until you've hit your genetic potential.

Be smart, you only have one body. Be good to it.

And if you say 'bump' again after I've typed all this out I'll find you and smack you lol
 
No advice to anyone under 21 and even that i think you should have had at least 4 yrs busting it in the gym until you're 25.

We can't show you the deceased but what we can do is show you people who chose to be impatient, did no prior research, got in over their head and look like complete shit now due to lack of planning... as well as list all 5,000 reasons you're making the wrong decision.

At the end of the day it's your body, do what you wish, but you more than likely won't get much help here... Not because we are assholes, we just aren't going to go against what we believe is right..

no your not assholes.. im not going to spend 4 years of my life wasted in a fucking gym to gain 10 kilograms because some guru on the internet told me so. have you tried doing it this way? have you tried not worrying about PCT? no you have not and because of that you believe your way is the only way that it can be done, id believe you but i see people that have and are fine!!! and still fucking big today when not taking gear.

i hate to have to carry on like this but fuck ive seen other threads where people have said "his mind is made up atleast help the guy out rather then leaving him stranded" here i am sick of being 60 fucking kilograms and im not going to spend 4 years in the gym to reach 70kg if you cant understand where im coming from and want to leave me for dead then yes you are an asshole i would never do this to a fellow person. but hey this is the world we live in i should not have expect people on a website to want to actually genuinely help someone, this is no different to fucking youtube. thanks.

and no offense radar but ive looked at your pic and sure thats a nice physique for someone of your age but there is someone in my Gym who is 65 and is bigger then you naturally has never taken steroids and hates them plain and simple. makes me feel much better.

OP I've been bustin my ass in the gym for years and never used juice. It's not a waste, you'll get stronger, fitter and gain experience and knowledge. It'll also give you a solid foundation so that when you are ready to juice you'll get better results. Did you know steroids work better on muscles that are already well conditioned?

I can't show you dead bodies but I've known 2 blokes who had to get rushed to hospital cos they just collapsed, some gland or other shut down or something. That was down to their steroid abuse.

And honestly man, the amount of times I've heard "this geezer in the gym does this / told me this and he's huge" doesn't mean shit the guy might have great genetics, I got a mate who comes to the gym once or twice every couple of months, does fuck all real training but still pisses all over my best lifts. And no he doesn't secretly take steroids. Oh and saying "certain gang members do it.." or whatever is just plain idiotic. Yeah use a gang member with a 25 year life expectancy and form as long as yet arm as a flippin role model! Smart move!

Hmmmm lol I could tell you the real world dangers of starting to early but kinda don't really feel like it now after that outburst ! I started at 16 I am now 35 (thankfully) and I have REAL world issues from starting to early , issues I wish I could take back, thing is at 16 , 20 , 21 you don't really care about some of the issues you ARE going to suffer from , and there in lies the challenge for some of us "older" folk , trying to offer advice, getting the message across that what you feel is important now and what you feel is unimportant changes drastically as you mature as an individual !

Radar looking at your other thread about underage posters etc, I think we need. To put our heads together and try find an approach that beat works getting through to them, flaming doesn't work, being nice and taking the time to explain why doesn't work either ! And what truly bugs me is we don't flame , we don't take time out of our day to explain because we want to be pricks or because we feel that we have somehow earned the right to take AAS , it done because we don't want YOU fucking yourself up , knowing full well your going to FUCK yourself up

Take that how you want !
 
you are 134 pounds.. that is a stick. but you know what? like radar i used to weight that when i was about your age . i did not touch juice till i was 28 ..

you said you don't want to bust your ass, so you just want a shortcut.. but there are no short cuts. you won't accomplish good anything running AAS cause you don't know how to eat or workout. the only thing you will accomplish is screwing up your hormones and impeding your ability to reach your genetic potential.
 
i doubt you are gonna listen. you are just in a position were you dont have the correct knowledge to make the right decision and you dont have the courage to do the right thing. if you did that would be honorable... but you dont.

anyway.. you have no idea what you are talking about.. it wont take 4 years to get big.

if you followed RADAR's advice which he gives out for free all the time you could gain 20lbs in less then 1 year. i bet you $1000 that is true.

i also bet that if you just do roids now.. in 1 year or 2 years from now .. you wont make the same gains that you would if you followed his advice.

so if you do roids you will look better for 3 -6 months most likely.. but then it wont matter.

you dont have any experience in the gym or what routine to even use.. so how can you make any statements about how long it will take???

you dont have any expereince following a good diet... so how can you say how long it will take???

you have never done mma so how do you know if sust is right for you and your training?

you have so many things against you that sust is not gonna help you in the long run.. short term.. maybe.. but only for a few months... a blink of an eye for someone who is 20.. but you dont realize that and with your attitude you cant even understand it.. 20year old kids.. think they know it all and generally refuse to listen.. and it sad because you have the most to gain if you truly would listen.

and yes btw.. ive been in your shoes.. lighter actually.. competed nationally at 55kg.. wanted to bulk and do roids.. was told i was an idiot.. but i listened.. i changed the way i ate.. the way i trained and got ridiculous results.. my most recent national championship was at 81kg..

so by taking the advice of the mods and vets here I was able to put on over 50lbs of muscle.. and i gained a ton of knowledge as well..

i hope you can step back.. look at this from an outsiders point of view and make the right decision.

You are getting help, you just don't like the sound of it.

If you think its a waste of time to lift for 4 years, you need to stay away from juice period. This shit is not for people who want to get big for summer and piss away the rest of the year.

You're about to seriously fk up your body and spend the next 20 years depressed until you start HRT and have to see and endocrynologist for the rest of your life, happens to a TON of abusers.

We do help the under 21 crowd here, just not by giving them advice on how to be stupid with drugs. Do it right, or don't do it period.

if you think taking juice will put 10kg ( 22lbs ) without training hard and eating the right food then you are very much mistaken.

This type of thread use to make me angry..now they make me sad.

P.S. The next guy i see writing the words " lets give him advice he is going to do it anyway " is getting a ban straight away .
