question for experienced gh users

been on blue tops since early fall, 3 iu 5 on 2 off, was runnin a little var till about x-mas. been clean since. Question, gh along with aas "can" cause actual cell division, so... i dont really like running test, but i would like to "trigger" some growth. I understand everyone is different, but is there a minimum time i would need to run test to trigger this cell division, or is it something that happens slowly over time/ would a ten week spike in test help trigger it? any input is appreciated

I know this is sort of a "stupid" question, sorry

why are u running 5/2 off? Run GH 24/7

With all due respect, that wasn't his question.

I was waiting for answer as well, and it's just a little annoying

GH's primary function is that of a diabetogenic hormone that opposes the actions of insulin and IGF's on carbohydrates and lipid hemeostasis. GH is directly lipolytic and largely indirectly promotes protein synthisis. Gh is additionally a physiologic regulator of muscle mass and adiposity.

Simply put GH and insulin oppose each other. GH works directly on adipocites and causes lipolosis where as Insulin stimulates glucose uptake by muslce and adipocites. GH is not an anabolic and its muscle enhancing properties are secondary at best. If your goal is to add mass then take something designed to add mass.

But all I read is that aas does not cause cell myosis, but gh and aas "can"...so whats the best way to trigger it? I dont want to stay on test forever to "stay" big, but rather take a two step forward one step back, long term approach to the whole thing.

Natty I know that wasn't his question! I was asking an alternate question, is that a problem, jeez lay off!

settle down there............ :coffee:

I wish I knew all the secrets but even the studies often contradist each other or werent performed in a manner conducive to bodybuilder. While I think striving for addional cells as opposed to increasing the size of the ones is a great goal, we are still shackled with evolutionary homeostasis and even if you are to trigger the growth of additional muscle cells. The body will sooner or later(and more likely sooner) due to various feedback mechanisms realize that the added mass isnt need or being used or simply cant be sustained and therefor will be subjected to apoptosis to bring your mass back down to a more maintainable level.
