Question for anyone in their late twenties and up

I've been going through the exact same thing for the past 6 months or so man. I started to notice like, permanent crease in my neck and lines on my forehead and around the eyes, the hairline is getting worse slowly, (not as bad as lestat but it's getting worse)... I don't know what to do. I wasn't paying attention and one day I just started putting lotion on my face and now I do it everyday without even thinking about it. what the hell are we supposed to do?

amp, I notice the same thing about sports. :(

I wonder how old you have to be before getting old is no longer scary. I always thought by the time we got old there would be a way to slow it waaaaaaay down.

I first noticed it when I went back to grad. school and the undergrads look so much younger than me and dress so differently, and you actually are looked at different... which I didn't expect. I feel irresponsible for getting drunk sometimes but luckily there are other guys in my class going through the same thing, last single time in life to do it I guess.

I think I started to think/realize I was Middle age at 35 physically.

Although mentally I am more conservative today then I was say in 1985,
I still sometimes forget I'm supposed to act like an older dude, so usually I don't.

funny. as u get older - money is more important. If youre old, u have to be rich. No one wants to be a 42 y/o broke guy. What value does he have when meeting women?

Don't feel too bad, a few years ago I was hit by Bells Palsy. Since then a good portion of the left side of my face will remain paralysed for life. This basicaly means that as i age, I will only ever have 1/2 a set of wrinkles.

I noticed it in my hands; they are not as fat as the cheeks on my face. My hands don't look old like I'm 60; they looked thinner. I was around 24 or 25.

I haven't noticed it in my face at all. I'm hardly out in the sun and the rest of me is pretty smooth. Lifting weights definitely helps keep things up.

30. Looking young though as I still have my hair and have gotten leaner in past years.

Saw a pic of me at 20 in college. I was skinny then, basketball player.

I have not aged that much looks wise, and since I do a LOT of cardio now I feel pretty good.

I really feel it on my slow recovery from hangovers.
