This is not intended to start trouble in any way, but all the training method stickys from the training forum have gone missing. There is a huge wealth of info in those stickies, with 100's of questions answered as well. I would say they are the most informative posts I've ever seen on elite, with 100's of responses and thousands upon thousands of views....and now they have just disappeared since yesterdays drama.

I know spatts has a post up about this in the mod forum that apparently has not gotten any responses. The training forum stays out of all the drama that goes on here, so on behalf of its members, we would really like to know what happened to the threads, and if we can get them back?

A crying shame, maybe someone has the threads saved to their HD's and could provide them again.. that would be nice.

You could look them up on google- and copy down the cached version of the threads? (it might take a little to reformat etc)

its good to know that its being looked into. If this was one of the people leaving that caused this problem, then that is easily the single most pathetic act I've seen done in these forum, and says a lot about the character of the one who did it. And if so, then I will happily spend a lot of time at their board causing problems...the training board had nothing to do with any of this

I found the 5x5 thread on Google. Becoming found DC and DFHT.

If you can find threads were you refereced some of the missing threads then you can just Google on the thread # and some keywords.

As Needsize has said i hope this was a technical ''glitch'' and not some sort of ''goodbye gesture''.
As i have respect for those that left for whatever their reasons it must be a ''glitch''. If not then it is a sad day for those not interested in drama but use Elitefitness for what it was intended.

Hope we see the posts reinstated very soon
