I'm currently in my pre-cycle phase before I start running CLE M-drol and cannot find any seriously accurate information regarding caloric intake.
Bulking I eat, very clean, at 200-300+ calories above my caloric maintenance (off cycle).
My maintenance is 2.8k.
I figured I would for my pre-cycle week I start eating 400 above maintenance (3.2k) and on cycle bump it up to 600 above maintenance than adjust accordingly with weight fluctuation. But I may be doing it incorrectly and am confused on experiences where a person can gain 15+ pounds in 4 weeks on just a 500-1000 calorie surplus this seems impossible from a scientific stand-point considering that would be only 4-8 pounds of weight gained within a 4 week period.
For example, someone who gains 15 pounds and keeps 12+ after PCT would mean they would have had to consume large amounts of food.
Am I over analyzing? And can someone who is keen on caloric intake while on cycle be kind enough to give me insight? This is my first cycle by the way.
If you would also be so kind to give criticism on my pre, during, and post cycle.
