My current split is:
Monday - Chest/Abs
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - Back/forearms
Thursday - Shoulders/traps
Friday - Bis/tris/abs
I did a chest/ab workout this afternoon and later in the evening felt the urge to work out again. I was thinking about maybe going back and working out a smaller bodypart such as biceps. I figured since my tris got hit as secondary muscles during my chest workout it wouldn't be a good idea to hit them again tonight.
How many people do this? How long should a person wait to workout again after there first workout of the day? What would be sufficient rest?
