Question about trainers

Welcome and stay away from AS! haha Get in the womans forum asap! they will help u a ton!
Most trainers I see ( not saying all just most) don't help their clients at all. they work for them for 2-3 months and they look the same.
If we could get a few more Charles Glass' around that would be awesome!
Also look into the Omega Project here on Elite. Send Omega a PM or Frank about it or look around for it.
Gyms give out packages like 100 for 2 or 5 for 200 or something like that. Too much imo.

Based on the imeptitude of the trainers, yeah. But a good trainer is WELL worth that price.

I agree EZ! Like Omega! although not face to face, but I agree. The great ones help. I am speaking from what I have noticed. Most of the trainers (dudes) are small. Why would I want someone who can't even train themselves right to train me? Yes they might be very very knowledgeable, but I am not impressed. Charles Glass- very impressive back in his earlier days and trains the elite now!
If I was rich I would fly out to Where ever Omega is to have him train me! And I already have told him that many times. Why did I join the Omega project? Because clients have gad great success and so did I and I will continue to train this way forrreeeeverrr! haha

Agreed to a cretian degree, but there are a few trainers who may not look the part but know their stuff. I know a guy who fits that bill. It's like a coach knowing football but Hell if he could play.

I had Dave Fisher (pro Bodybuilder) training me for just over a year. Now He's my training partner. I do agree most trainers don't know enough for the amount they charge but there are some out there depending on your goals. You just have to know what your looking for and find out who can deliver.

Why tip? It's like giving the McDonald's dude a tip for giving you a cheeseburger. You pay for what you get. If your trainer is giving you a bottle of Anavar once per month...then, what the hell, give em a tip.
