question about shutting down your gonads

i read alot of posts about deca,and fina shutting you down.people take 3-400mg deca and 2-300mg fina and are afraid of taking more because they are afraid of shutting down there natural production.if you take enough to "shut down"say 400 mg deca shuts you down.then that door is closed,i have heard people say "shut down hard".there is no in between,when your shut down you cant get any more closed,what harm (beside s the normal sides,estrogen ect.) is there in taking larger doses.does this make any sense,can someone elaborate?

I have taken all kinds of doses of test and deca eq winny etc and never had a problem with the nuts. Just shot play dough instead of cream. Girls don't like it to much, but they never shut down, never couldn't get it up.

Now if you do shut down, like a guy I knew, he was given a choice by a doctor, have kids or sex? He could give him a shot that would let him have sex, but sterilize him for life, or he could not have sex, get the seamen extracted and have kids.

I thin I would opt for one extraction then give me the shot.

Could be worse, never works again.

Do a search for HTPA, "Decca Dick", "Shut Down" there is a LOT of post about this... basically from what I've read and picked up... EVERYTHING will shut you down eventually be it by duration or mg/week.

so "shut down" does that mean your thyroid gland will no longer send messages to produce testosterone? condition known as hypogonadism.isnt that what hcg,clomid is for?

People often confuse labido with actual HPTA and while the two are connected they are not attached 1 to 1. In other words, tren and deca have a binding affinity to the PR (ie progesterone receptor). STudies have indicated that increased levels of progesterone increase sex drive but after a certian point it will rapidly diminush. This is one reason there are so many conflicting reports of fina deck, many get increased labido at first and then they crash, some never crash but always have increased labido. This is likely due because both will inhibit the HPTA (like all AAS and nearly all doses will) and reduced test means reduced labido however the increase in PR binding seems to make up for it in many people...at least for a little while. If in doubt most find it beneficial to use tren/deca in conjunction with at least low amounts of test in a cycle.

Is there any harm in being shut down besides it being annoying as hell. as long as you cycle properly and use proper post cycle drugs to start everything back up?

There is always a downside. You may not ever come back after a shutdown.
