Well, my Gym closed again on Sunday, Day 3, which I just came back from completing.
Now Day 1 of my new week is on Wednesday, should I try to push it for Thursday and have it right behind Day 2 on Friday to get it all back together, or should I just shut up and do it? Most of my lifts are meduim, squats today was easy again but the new 5RM is always hard, the 3RM is always easy. I was wondering if I should push Day 1 to be behind Day 3 to get those two days rest?
