Question about Pecs!!!!!!!

How about a picture of your pec? Might all be in your head. Anywho it could be a number of things which I myself know nothing about. still would be cool to see a picture. maybe some dumbell work on one side? like maybe a single dumbell press crossover? Good luck with it. Cheers!
 
Are you left handed? I wouldnt wory bout it they say woman have a larger breast depending on if shes left or right handed and i couldnt tell u if this is true or not and ive seen many tits lol... so im sure men might be the same and im not even going to get up an look in the mirror thats how important thia is hahaha...Insomnia sucks :(
And the poster above me im sure has good intentions but i would have to disagree with working one side out in favor to try n balance it out... Jus work out like normal... Oh an my chiropractor told me one that one of my legs is longer than the other but i forgot witch one it is.

Yeah I do have good intentions :) I should have mentioned that it was just a sugestion and that i dont know much/anything on the subject. but heres a for instance. if you do dumbell curls just on your left hand wouldnt the bicep on your left hand get bigger? Do dumbell presses on the bench make your chest bigger? Wouldnt you think if you did a dumbell press on one side that side of your chest would get bigger? Like i said this is just a theory i have.
 
Ya you would think that and it might balance out the peck a lil but then what about your tris? Then one tri will be bigger cuz u did presses on one side more than the other so now all u gota do is cable extentions jus on that arm an if that arms forarm gets a lil bigger then jus work the other forarm to compinsate for the other..c what im saying? U are right tho lets see a picture!!!! I have heard of people being born with one pec missing n stuff like that but what this guys talking about jus sounds really unnoticable, speacially if he jus noticed it... Now im really not going to look in the mirrior lmao

From a couple feet away or so you cant really notice it. My gf does notice and so do I in the mirror. It's more like the left side poofs out more than the right side.

edit: o and btw im right handed

It is because you are right handed.

Your right arms is doing more of the pressing than your left arm, and the left pec is compensating.

This will balance out once you've gained 20-30lbs.

kdc, has anyone else besides you noticed this "inbalance"? prolly not.....

very common. My left pec is slightly larger than my right (very slight - less now than it used to be), left arm is probably 1/4 inch bigger than right, right calf is about 1/2 inch bigger than left. USually things will balance out for the most part. My arm issue is my right tricep. I can see it clearly, but others don't unless I point it out to them (and sometimes not even then).

Keep lifting and eating and don't worry about it until you've put on another 50 or 100 lbs and are thinking about getting onstage.

Honestly I'm really not worried about it. Its barely noticeable. I also have insomnia and I was just wondering what workouts I could target more for the inner pec. I have athletic all my life but I just started bodybuilding about 3 years ago.

not the best pic, but I can see a difference. I think my already given advice still stands. More overall mass before you start worrying about that.

Ya thats kinda what I figured my chest is still forming. I'm only 180lbs right now so I still got a ways to go. But my question still stands what would be good workouts to work that part of the chest? Cable flyes etc?
 
dude just keep getting bigger, work out heavy with chest. becnch db press and flyes. sure why not cable flyes i honestly dont like cable shit. but theres no specific exercise that will make that go away. You just gotta get your chest bigger and then theyll both be big but it wont be noticable
