Question about my doseing scheduel

Hey guys just a quick question i was taking test/enth and test/cyp 1ml of each once a week every mnonday morning i know the esters stay active for a while but is that often enough to keep stable levels or im i letting it drop to far and spking it back up

So you're saying you were doing 500mg's once a week? Not terrible but most people will break it up to 250mg's twice a week...

and why test cyp and enanthate ? They are basically the same......but! if thats what you've got no problem.
Get plenty of protein ,at least 2 grams for every pound of body weight and break meals into 6-7 servings thru-out the day ,with protein in each!Read my stickey

ya i thought they were few similar. but ya thats just what i ended up getting . but thanks fellas well see what i get into after new years

i would break it up into bi weekly shots better for stable levels and yes those esters are very similiar, what Radar said
