Question about my accident at work?

1st question…I’m getting wrote up for this……home depots new policy is “every accident is preventable” a guy got wrote up because he hurt his back lol… I could careless about being wrote up, it just means it was my fault or whatever.

2nd question, even though I cut myself, I was given a dead line to have a certain amount of shit done, basically telling me to hurry the fuck up like he says to everyone on the night crew, can I get him in trouble for this?

3rd question, can I legally get paid and just stay home?

2. in theory yes, in practice no.

3. unlikely. if you hired a lawyer and kept treating and manufacturing complications, you could probably get work comp payments or a one time settlement, to what end though?
