Question about itchy nips

I have been off test for a month and off deca for a month and a half and I had alittle gyno trouble on cycle but it seemed to go away after some letro but still when I'm laying down at night I feel that weird feeling in my
nipples...no pain and no large lumps...is it normal? What could it be?

sounds like gyno forming to me.
i would use 40mg daily NOLVA until lump shrinks.
