Question about flax seed, corn you know about this shit

So far in my diet i have 96g of fat from the different foods i eat..should i still start and take flaxseed oil? or is that not nessecary?

if so, how much and when?
 
Take it. Start at 1.5 grams a day in the morning. Better yet, just take a big swig like it was water. You'll lose ten pounds in one day!!!

What percentage of total calories is that 96 grams.

How many total are you eating?

If most of the fat is from pnut butter, eggs, steak, etc - you probably will not need it, but post calories anyway...if you are around 3500 you will not need until you start to cut carbs.
 
Using Flax oil for lube when jacking off to the "Price is Right" girls doesnt make him and expert Mr.Muscle.

Flax is used as a fat replacement for those cutting on low fat diets. The theory is that if you reduce your fat intake, your body will fight you to store it. So you replace saturated animal fats with a good omega-3 fat like flax or Udo's Choice. It also serves as a good engergy source for those on keto and atkins-type diets.

There is also anecdotal evidence of several other benefits of omega 3 fats like flax. They include decreased artery blockage, skin benefits, some even say longevity.
