question about fat vs muscle gain

Hey all

I am on a 200 gram protein/carb and 60 grams of fat daily diet. I am a hard-gainer, but DO have the ability to gain some fat around the waist.

Assuming I follow a healthy diet, no simple carbs, sugar, etc, i am wondering how things will play out taking in this much food! i came in with a maybe 4 pounds of fat i would have liked to have lost before starting the program. will i be able to lose it during the process with this kind of food intake?

thanks!

Whats your LBM? All of you new guys should follow OMEGA's blue collar diet. It so easy to follow and works really well. You will be able to build muscle while dropping that excess fat and once you make it to PHASE 3 you will be able to drop even more.

I have been dropping a few lbs of while gaining some muscles... in fact I'm down about 5 lbs in 2 weeks but calves, arms, chest are all a bit bigger.

I didn't think it was possible without AAS or some other kind of secret weapon, but it proves most of us eat way too much on a bulk.

When I first started I felt the same way, OMEGA says you can have a protein shake or have a piece of fruit and drink a ton of water with it. Hang in there, eventually you wont feel that way. Lean bulking is the way to go. :D

I Say in the Diet that you must go through the intro phase for 2 weeks to truly assess your true needs.
When you do something new and challenging you can often get "false" hunger levels.

So if after 2 full Weeks your Still Hungry add ONE shake or a half Meal.

And lean Mass is the Way to go as Sopac Said......

I havent been following the blue collar diet but i'll plan to start this weekend after i can go get a log of grocery shopping done.

Is brown rice ok to eat for phase 1?

Sure:)

I like Bread since it easier to measure the carb Content and i think superior to Rice

Oat bread, whole Grains etc.......
