Question about DNP??????????????

I know that I have to lower my caloric intake while on DNP in order to get the best results. Does anyone know whether those calories that I do eat during that time, have to be clean wholesome proteins and carbs? For example, a normal ham sandwhich, versus chicken and rice? Just wondering if anyone has any experience in regards to my question. I lower my calories but the foods I eat arent the best. Any ideas??? Thanks fellas!!!
 
I honestly dont think it matters to a great extent. The DNP will work regardless as long as you dont eat like 10000 cals a day or some shit like that....
 
If you are going to the trouble of using DNP. Why don't you just eat clean. It is only 14 days.

I'm doing dnp right now for the 2nd time and I sure hope the results are better than the 1st. I did 200mg of powder for 2 weeks then 400 for the last week. This included yohimburn. I lost about 10lbs but started gaining it back at the end of it which is why I ended it at 3 instead of four weeks. After a week of being off both dnp and yohimburn , I gained 8lbs and I know it wasn't some rebound. My diet was chicken and veggies with the exceptioon of a couple cheat meals during and after the cycle. Moderate cardio and lifting during the cycle. I'm on my 3rd day of 400mg and the heat is noticeable but I'm probably gonna bump it up to 600mg. Not too impressed with dnp as of yet. Maybe the water wasn't totally off after a week but we'll see since I'll be out of dnp after this.
 
Just powder. I've heard a couple people say that the person I'm getting it from seems to not have the ummph like most caps they've done. I may try and hook up with someone else if I'm not satisfied after this go around. The heat is there though so I'm a little confused. Maybe I did too much cardio and weightlifting the last time. Who knows though

will first of all it depends on the dose you will be running, if its a conservative dose (200-400mg/ed) you should watch your cals, keep them down as low as you can, the quality of food will mater since you still want to maximize your protein intake to preserve your muscle mass, on the other hand if you are really pushing the envelope (800mg/ed and up) it does not matter how much you eat WHILE YOU ARE ON DNP, all excess cal will be thrown off as bodyheat, but as soon as you come off you will have to bring the cals back down focusing on protein.
