question about breakfast

well Im a busy person I use to go to the gym at 4 pm but now im going at 8am so I don't have much time to do a big breakfast my question is what can I eat in the morning because I wake up at 7 and I got to the gym at 8 ...what can I eat that is fast and that can give me energy for my work out???
 
Cook the night before. You can make a frittata and nuke it while your coffee brews. Your cream of wheat to have with it cooks in 1-2 minutes.
 
Get a few Edge carb control bars. They are compressed little protein bars, about the size of a Snickers. Each one has 6g fat, around 15g carbs (1-3g sugar), and 21g protein. When I don't have time for breakfast I grab a couple of them (lemon cheesecake and oreo cookie are my favs;)

Total 440 calories and 44G of protein for 2 bars. Make sure you get a bottled water or milk to wash them down.
 
Or also can i drink a protein shake and make my own protein bars with peanutt butter coconut almonds and oatmeal to eat before going to the gym

That or an egg (precooked) chicken and cheese omlette only only takes 3 minutes to cook and two to eat.
 
If I only had an hour I would down a 70g dex/malto shake with 20g of whey; otherwise I usually have 2 servings of oats with a banana and 6 scrambled eggs.
 
If you're REALLY pressed for time, just add food to your shake. Here's my breakfast in a blender:

6 egg whites
4 oz water
1/2 C raw plain oats
! banana OR container of fat free no sugar added yogurt
1 scoup protein

Blend it, suck it down, and go!
 
Couple eggs takes no time. Just scramble em up and throw em on some tortillas with some salsa. Mix up a shake and you are good to go.
