Question about Anavar?

I'm currently 26 years old and am 6'2, 215 pounds. Over the 2 few weeks i started going to the gym for the first time in a while to firm up my abdominal section, chest area, etc. Though I don't know my exact percentage of body fat, I'm sure it's pretty high.

I've been lifting 5 days a week, 4-5 days cardio each week and eating right. I want to take something that will help me to see results more quickly though I hate needles. I wanna add muscle tone to my arms and firm up, while cutting abdominal fat in my chest and midsection.

1. Do you think taking anavar would help me?
2. What are the side effects?
3. What else would you recommend that might be better for me?

AS won't help. diet and training will. What is your exact diet and training routine?

If your diet and training is correct,,,ANAVAR will help harden you up,,increase strength,,and promote lean muscle gains.
 
Been eating egg whites in the morning, snackin on protein bars, fruits and vegtables throughout the day and grilled chicken for dinner.

Been running and cycling for 45 minutes 5 days a week, been lifting 5 days a week (1 day chest, 1 day back, 1 day shoulders, 1 day biceps and triceps and some abs each day)
 
There is your problem! Ah ha! You do not need AS.
You probably aren't even getting 2K cals a day with egg whites and veggies throughout the day!
Also, you don't train legs?? You get a ton of GH production from doing squats and such.

And you are already looking for steroids?

Bro I think you have a lot to learn in the way of diet and training man. I mean its your choice but even steroids wont help you if you do not know how to eat and train right. Soon as you come off cycle you will just lose everything you gained.

If the only way you know how to get gains is with steroids then the only way you will ever be able to keep them is with steroids.

two choices.
1. just get on steroids now and stay on them for life.
2. learn diet and training.

if you like the cardio that much.. var would probably put an end to that, the back pumps can be very debilitating.

wow.. 212??? that's pretty thin at your height.. congrats on that..

I'd suggest a fat burner there are a couple that work well... the terms you use muscle tone and firm up are terms we are used to seeing from women posters, they dont' want to get too big..

Point being your goals need to be better defined, with that much cardio, we'd have to assume that you have very little body mass/muscle so to tone fat is impossible...

3500 calories per day protein/carbs/fats

fats from flax, fish, olive oil are prefered..

your body is in starvation mode, that's why you are not building any size...
 
DO NOT DO IT!!! Train and diet right for atleast a year before trying AAS. Trust me, you'll end up chasing your tail to get the gains you once had and will be tough to make gains without AAS. You can thank me later.
