I bought a toaster oven today so I can take it out on the porch to cook on nites that I want fish. I can't stand the whole house smelling like fish for daysssssssssss.(My bbq grill is charcoal and I can't see using half a bag of charcoal & waiting 30 min just to cook 4oz salmon or talapia fillet.)
Since I now have a toaster oven & I already had a Foreman grill, I shouldn't have to turn the oven on or use the stove much at all.
I don't enjoy cooking but it's a necessity.

Question, how do you do your calf raises? Great job (another PR), but do you do them slow or rep through them kinda fast? If you pause on the extension, you let your calf muscle reach full extension, flex/extend/raise & squeeze on contraction ... I just want to make sure you are using your FULL potential of your calf muscles, where as the quick pulse reps tend to bring in ankle & not really hit the calves 100% ...

Calf raises - I go medium speed so I can mainain my form, otherwise my ankles get wonky. I hold briefly on the upswing and go down as far as I can w/o slipping off the footrests so that I can get the full range of motion. Shyt hurts which is why I do 4 sets for calves.

She "can't" means she isn't ready to let go of her crutch and no amount of tears can quench her thirst for smokes. Some smokers won't quit because they are afraid of failure. Cigs have become their friend, their confidant, their lover and the 1 thing they can always count on. They think that being w/o them means they are somehow no longer "whole."
I had gone through all of the emotions and was ready to quit. I hope that she too can quit. Don't give up on her.![]()
