quad hurts like a mutha

a couple days a ago i did my first quad injection with no problem..this time i did the other...painful, when i stuck the dart in at first my quad pulsed/flexed for a brief second i paused,then just went ahead and pushed it through.i was on pain killers at the time..i woke up this morning from so much pain i had to ice it...could i have hit a nerve?

Possibly, but I find quad shots to be the most painful. Especially if you are using gear that has a high BA content.

I think that quad injects are the best for me, if you find that one sweet spot. I poked myself in the ass this morning, and even though they hurt less than quad injects, I hate reaching around trying to see what's goin on when I try to aspirate. Delts are my least favorite since I have to do those one handed. Stick with the quads, you'll learn to love them! BTW, I'm not sure if this would have helped in this instance since a nerve was involved, but I always heat up a bowl of water in the microwave for 2 minutes, and heat up the oil in the syringe making sure to keep the pin side higher than the oil...since the heat expands the contents on the inside, I always lose some oil if I dont keep the pin up. sorry for the long post..but that's my $.02

xbiker i am using ip sust300,heard its high in ba content..

nyse i hope i find that sweet spot in the quad!cuz it sure aint around my ass, i've abused it every cycle only (5)but man is it ugly down there...lol

seriously though i have things to do so im just going to go about my buisness as usual.(even though the pain is almost unberable especially while walking...

can any body give me a link to a chart, where it shows where the nerves are around the injection regions/areas?thanks..
