I've been taking monsterdrol and p plex 3ed each for a little over a week now. I feel like its drying me out some (muscles are alot harder all the time) plus i sweat like crazy when i sleep for some reason. The pumps are great so far, i am up 5 pounds so far. But.... i dont feel any of the sides i was hearing about. I have no acne, back pumps, agression, lethargy. I feel pretty normal in general. Does this sound pretty normal or do you think im one of those that is less likely to get sides? Think it would yeild any benefit to up the dosage to say 4 a day or keep it where it is?

Hey bro if you've been cruising and blasting for a year, (hrt dose between cycles) should you do something to clear receptors once in a while, or are receptors constantly being refreshed? In other words does gear become less effective if cruising and blasting?

All depends in how you do it. But no less effective if you were staying on hrt and then doing a cycle.

What's up with the T-Bol DS the BRR spilled the beans on in the other thread. Not looking for ETAs or anything, just some more chemical details and such. Will it have the same effect on SHBG as Turinabol?

No tren-tfo will still be around bro. For people who want a non mythel to add to a cycle for extra gains tren-tfo is good shit. TFO has a lot of uses so I will be keeping it.
 
I'm using a 1" to pin my glutes and my bf fat isn't that low (i'll self-estimate at around 15). Is there a chance that I'm not hitting the muscle? I'm on week 3 and I have noticed I get wood even from watching the cooking channel (no homo), so that's a good sign right?

Yeah bro, on my cycle I'm doing Test E 250mg/wk, Primobolan 500mg/wk, Trenbolone Acetate 75mg EOD and Dieselbolan 3 caps a day. If the Test becomes an issue with my prostate do you think I could switch to Dermacrine as a valid substitute? I would not even ask this question if not for Eric at PP swearing by its effectiveness. I was going to do some Test Prop for the first 6 weeks but am re-thinking that. That might be too much to aggravate the prost. Your thoughts?
 
I have seen many people use dermacrin for test in a cycle. Not sure its going to take the place of test when you are running tren though. I don't like it bro. Have to be honest. I would also ask pp though.

I don't like it either. I intend on running the Test E with the Tren and maybe Test Prop. Just a thought. Boy its tough to get old. You young guys don't have to deal with all this grandpa stuff like enlarged prostates.

OK so please help me understand this...I know "this guy" who is intending to run test cyp @400 per week and add T-bol 50ed. Would I ...I mean he, be better off to run one of these others instead of the T-bol? Which one specifically and how much? He wants to add lean muscle,lose fat etc.Oh and I just bought Your book last night but can't seem to get it downloaded...I have a Mac but I download ebooks all the time w/o problems... Also what is the deal with the bonus plat 2 mon free etc I saw in the add I bought from? Thanks for your help. I'm going to call the help desk about the download but if you have any ideas...thanks again

IMO yes it is (enough) of course if you want better you can always add something like unleashed and or postcycle. I also like to add am02 to pct because it helps to bring some of that aggressive work outs.

I really just wanted to post what I'm doing and thought maybe you could critique it...if you have any suggestions.

Here's some of my history. I am currently 40 years old and other than 3 years out of the gym (I stopped about 5 years ago when my fiance passed away but have been very consistent for the last two years). Other than that, have been training since I was 18. Here are my stats...5 "9, weight 168, 10-12% body fat. Incidentally, during my time off from training I fattened up to about 25-30% body fat. Been working my ass off last couple of years. Actually got down to 6% and 150 lbs in October but have been bulking naturally since then. I am currently 6 weeks into my cycle (this is my first cycle) and have gained 4lbs.

Any way, here's my cycle.

week 1-12 EQ, 500 mg per week (injections are Monday and Thursday evenings)
week 1-12 test E, 150 mg per week
week 1-19 Alpha Sustain
week 7-14 Winstrol depot, 50 mg per day (I was thinking of injecting one day, drinking the next to avoid every day injections)
*week 15-18, I am able to get some Clenbuterol and was thinking of using this going into PCT
week 17-19 PCT, Clomid + TRS stack from Primordial

This is my daily routine. Wake up at 6:15 and take 1 scoop, 30 grams protein shake. 30 mins later, I do 30 mins low impact cardio 3 times per week, and one 20 min HIIT session on Friday. Breakfast after my shower.

Breakfast: egg white omelette 40 grams protein, 2 whole grain toast slices with natty PB. One scoop whey protein - 30 grams protein. One cup skim milk. Totals 80 grams protein. 60 grams carbs
Mid morning snack: 6 oz chicken breast, one scoop whey protein, one cup chick peas or beans. one cup broccoli. Totals 88 grams protein. 46 grams carbs
Lunch: same as mid morning snack, sometimes I'll substitute beef or fish but ratios are the same
Mid afternoon: same as mid morning snack

6:00 pm workout, usually 1 hard hour (5 days a week) just lifting, I only do cardio in a.m.
7:05 Post workout shake : 30 grams simple carbs + 50 grams whey protein
Dinner: 8:05 veggies + beef, fish, chicken + one scoop whey protein. 72 grams protein, no carbs
Late evening snack: 6 oz chicken breast + one scoop whey protein 72 grams protein

I also take 8 salmon oil & evening primrose capsules, multi vits, Vit C, Vit E, Milk thistle, saw palmetto throughout the day.


I plan on continuing this 'til week 11 and will begin to cut on week 12. Was thinking of using the Winnie + Clen to help me cut as listed above. Hopefully this will help me retain muscle.

Hopefully this didn't drag on too long and I was hoping you could make some suggestions on either the bulking part of the cycle or especially on the cutting part. Any suggestions on how to cycle the Clen and Winnie would be greatly appreciated!! Also, how much Clomid should I use with the TRS stack? and is 3 weeks PCT enough time for recovery ?

What is the reasoning for this????

I was always under the idea that the test (say test e) would be the higher one of everything.

Nothing wrong with a all oral cycle and if done right its just as effective as any other cycle. Remember with a dball cycle going into pct a lot of water weight may drop of giving the appearance that you are losing all of your gains when in fact the only thing you are losing is water weight. Try starting some creatine MH 10 grams a day the week before pct and this will also help to prevent a dramatic drop in Body weight going into pct. I think jumping on Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals around week 3 and running it a full 6 weeks till the bottle is gone can also help a lot in preventing the weight lose going into pct. All options but not mandatory of course.

WHY? Why does/ would test need to be higher? WHo started that retarded bro'ology and why? That is all it is bro nothing more. You do not need to run test higher then other steroids and really you don't even "have to" run test at all.

These are simple common myths spewed off by people who lacked the ability to understand steroid cycles, hormones and how it all works together. Some one got a bit of deca dick, upped the amount of test they were using and it helped them. Then decided this was the answer to everyone's problem lol...

Fact is, running a higher amount of test in an attempt to counteract side effects actually creates more problems then it solves. :D:heart:

calories needed: 225(weight)x15=3375cals-500cals for deficit=2875cals

2875-760cals(protein)=2115cals/9=235g of fat

2115/5(meals)=423cals/9=47g of fat per meal

760cals(protein)/5=152cals/4=38g protein per meal

total: 575cals per meal 47g fat and 38g protein (approx.average)

Are pectoral injections a good idea? I lack symmetry and work very hard at evening them out. But they just dont. Is it ok to inject into a pec. Or is it too close to the heart?

Most people do not understand spot injection and do not understand enough about this subject for me to even start trying to show them.. A mixture of synthol Syntherol – Site Enhancing Oil | Synthetek and water based winstrol can cause spot growth of muscle however it is much to dangerous of a subject for me to teach anyone unless I had the ability to teach them in person.

So My answer has always been spot injections do not work. Because for the most part they don't and I could never begin to show anyone how they can here . It takes man to man instructions... You need to inject in exactly the right spots, you need to take all the right precautions in order to stay safe and not fuck your self up for life.

So no just do not do it.

I train 4 times per day and in a combat sport and need to cycle to support recovery .
This is my first cycle and was advised that a masteron enantate and test combo would be ideal as i need to stay in a weight class .
Could somebody please tell me whether this is an appropriate stack to aid recovery and facilitate intense training?
I would like to cycle for 12-16 weeks depending on advice .
And possible advice on dosage so as not to gain too much bulk .
I was advised to take between 150-200 mg of masteron along with tet enan /cyp at 200-250 mg ?
I wanted to ask here to get feedback from the professionals .
