Split the clen and t-3 doses up as much as you can. Of course takin clen after 5pm sucks balls. Get some need2sleep this will help you get to bed.

How's it going. I've been using the Alpha Sustain with my cycle and right now I've had no problems at all...thanks for the suggestion (actually my girlfriend should be thanking you!!). I actually plan on using it throughout the cycle and the TRS stack as part of PCT.

I really just wanted to post what I'm doing and thought maybe you could critique it...if you have any suggestions.

Here's some of my history. I am currently 40 years old and other than 3 years out of the gym (I stopped about 5 years ago when my fiance passed away but have been very consistent for the last two years). Other than that, have been training since I was 18. Here are my stats...5 "9, weight 168, 10-12% body fat. Incidentally, during my time off from training I fattened up to about 25-30% body fat. Been working my ass off last couple of years. Actually got down to 6% and 150 lbs in October but have been bulking naturally since then. I am currently 6 weeks into my cycle (this is my first cycle) and have gained 4lbs.

Any way, here's my cycle.

week 1-12 EQ, 500 mg per week (injections are Monday and Thursday evenings)
week 1-12 test E, 150 mg per week
week 1-19 Alpha Sustain
week 7-14 Winstrol depot, 50 mg per day (I was thinking of injecting one day, drinking the next to avoid every day injections)
*week 15-18, I am able to get some Clenbuterol and was thinking of using this going into PCT
week 17-19 PCT, Clomid + TRS stack from Primordial

This is my daily routine. Wake up at 6:15 and take 1 scoop, 30 grams protein shake. 30 mins later, I do 30 mins low impact cardio 3 times per week, and one 20 min HIIT session on Friday. Breakfast after my shower.

Breakfast: egg white omelette 40 grams protein, 2 whole grain toast slices with natty PB. One scoop whey protein - 30 grams protein. One cup skim milk. Totals 80 grams protein. 60 grams carbs
Mid morning snack: 6 oz chicken breast, one scoop whey protein, one cup chick peas or beans. one cup broccoli. Totals 88 grams protein. 46 grams carbs
Lunch: same as mid morning snack, sometimes I'll substitute beef or fish but ratios are the same
Mid afternoon: same as mid morning snack

6:00 pm workout, usually 1 hard hour (5 days a week) just lifting, I only do cardio in a.m.
7:05 Post workout shake : 30 grams simple carbs + 50 grams whey protein
Dinner: 8:05 veggies + beef, fish, chicken + one scoop whey protein. 72 grams protein, no carbs
Late evening snack: 6 oz chicken breast + one scoop whey protein 72 grams protein

I also take 8 salmon oil & evening primrose capsules, multi vits, Vit C, Vit E, Milk thistle, saw palmetto throughout the day.


I plan on continuing this 'til week 11 and will begin to cut on week 12. Was thinking of using the Winnie + Clen to help me cut as listed above. Hopefully this will help me retain muscle.

Hopefully this didn't drag on too long and I was hoping you could make some suggestions on either the bulking part of the cycle or especially on the cutting part. Any suggestions on how to cycle the Clen and Winnie would be greatly appreciated!! Also, how much Clomid should I use with the TRS stack? and is 3 weeks PCT enough time for recovery ?

Trust me if anyone needs any kind of guidance whether it be in regard to cycling..post cycle..supplements..workout regimes..Needto is the man to ask..hes a walking plethora of knowledge..just give him a shot..he will not let you down..very trustworthy as well..no joke

im gonna bump this bc it has alot of great info in it. and i also have a question....

im noticing a lot of people are running a cycle where the test (say test e) is lower than primo or mast or prop, etc.

What is the reasoning for this????

I was always under the idea that the test (say test e) would be the higher one of everything.

in your experience what would be the most effective way for me to cycle 100 10mg dbol in a dbol only cycle. It will be my first real cycle, my stats are - 22, 5'10/11, 188lbs approx 17% bf and training since 18. also how should i dose my nolva for the best PCT possible? thanks

Nothing wrong with a all oral cycle and if done right its just as effective as any other cycle. Remember with a dball cycle going into pct a lot of water weight may drop of giving the appearance that you are losing all of your gains when in fact the only thing you are losing is water weight. Try starting some creatine MH 10 grams a day the week before pct and this will also help to prevent a dramatic drop in Body weight going into pct. I think jumping on Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals around week 3 and running it a full 6 weeks till the bottle is gone can also help a lot in preventing the weight lose going into pct. All options but not mandatory of course.
