add in lipoflam bro. Cut carbs a bit each week till you see the fat coming off. In doing this make sure your pct is super tight though.

I would add in other sups for recovery and to preserve muscle. cla,bcaa's. lipoflam and a good topical fat burner too. Dermatherm would be good. drink more water if you are not already. Someone like you can drop a bf % just buy doing that.

Also by dropping your salt intake.

Forgot to add that I'm taking ALRI's hyperdrive 3.0, shit has always worked very well for me. I'm always taking BCAA's and drinking a shitload of H2O. I will look into dermtherm for sure though. i have never run a topical before but have always wanted to.

minimal, just a bit to my meals but they are all very clean meals. I don't eat anything that has preservatives or naturally high in sodium ie. deli meats, salsa...etc...

I have a super clean diet for the most part but there are places where I can cut a few more corners like skipping on adding salt completely :)
 
I was reading in the pct forum and one member was encouraging another to run dbol during pct after a 5 and a half month cycle. Of course, I told him never to do this cause it would just cause more suppresion. What's are your thoughts on this needto?

It would take a real half twit to believe more steroids is a good pct after steroids.

My thought on why people think this is okay are: Dbol & Var have short half lives, therefore if taken in the morning, it will be out of your system by nighttime. What they fail to understand is that half....HALFlife does not mean life. If one takes 40mg of var in the morning, after 8 hours you will have 20mg in your system, then after that....10mg. I know there's more that dividing by 2 in this equasion, but to think it's out of your system in 8 hours is silly. Correct me if I'm wrong

Hey bro if you've been cruising and blasting for a year, (hrt dose between cycles) should you do something to clear receptors once in a while, or are receptors constantly being refreshed? In other words does gear become less effective if cruising and blasting?
