Pyramid cycling???

what does everyone think of pyramid cycling?

Example

week 1 500 test
week 2 500 test
week3 750 test
week4 750 test
week 5 1000 test
and then back down, this is just an example. Does everyone like this or do some like it better keeping a set amount the whole cycle
 
Never cared for it myself, I like some consistency in my blood levels. I have tapered down coming off of a long cycle though and I think it helped going into pct.
 
The idea of pyramiding was developed by people with a poor understanding of the HPTA and before PCT was commonly used. The best results are gained by getting to your target dosage of androgen quickly, achieving your gains, and then getting completely off gear so that your HPTA can recover.

Pyramding off a cycle will not allow your HPTA to recover gradually since anything more than about 200mg/week of androgen will keep your HPTA shut off.

Proper PCT will minimize the amount of time you spend with low testosterone levels and is actually an effective way to keep most of your gains.
