Yes, PCT is more important than the cycle itself! I can't how many times i'e seen people do no PCT or a half ass one only to loose everything they worked hard for!
My goals are to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle and drop body fat a few %. I will be doing a push pull legs routine working out 3 times a week, low volume high intensity, and doing cardio in the mornings on my off days.
Did you edit that in there after i posted, or am i going crazy. It;s probably me going crazy lol. Yeah 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm will be good to stop gyno, but i would use as little as possible, perhaps 3 pumps am and 3 pumps pm and increase as required. Or perhaps another AI like liquidex from chemneed for on cycle support and forma for PCT? Just a thought.
hey guys, i plan on starting a log tomorrow, i will be starting my cycle this friday, or next monday depends when i get my gear. should i keep my workout/cycle log in this thread or start a new one?
