Putting together 1st test cycle

Yes, PCT is more important than the cycle itself! I can't how many times i'e seen people do no PCT or a half ass one only to loose everything they worked hard for!
 
Yeah I have a few buddies that have done a few cycles and they end up losing at least half their gains. I plan on trying to keep all of mine.
 
My goals are to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle and drop body fat a few %. I will be doing a push pull legs routine working out 3 times a week, low volume high intensity, and doing cardio in the mornings on my off days.

Diet and cardio would take care of that at ur age. But if ur gonna run aas I would consider 500mg ah for 2-4 weeks then drop dowm to 250.

I can make gains off 35mg ah day or stay same size and loose bf. Although everyones different.
 
Shouldn't I be fine taking 10 pumps a day of forma?
Did you edit that in there after i posted, or am i going crazy. It;s probably me going crazy lol. Yeah 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm will be good to stop gyno, but i would use as little as possible, perhaps 3 pumps am and 3 pumps pm and increase as required. Or perhaps another AI like liquidex from chemneed for on cycle support and forma for PCT? Just a thought.
 
hey guys, i plan on starting a log tomorrow, i will be starting my cycle this friday, or next monday depends when i get my gear. should i keep my workout/cycle log in this thread or start a new one?
