For whatever reason I have found several General Dr's a bit touchy about HRT unless you are really low test. They are more concerned with the side effects than the benefits and typically try to steer you away from HRT. If I have pressed the issue I was always directed to an endocrinologist.
At least that has been my experience several times to date.
You can train while on but when the 2 weeks are up, take 3-5 days off and then get tested. No dbol and no training for those days. The night before, don't sleep. Get tested in the am.
A "good" doc will find your levels low no matter what... There is a huge range.
