Is there any way to engage your accessory muscles more during these exercises? I'm sure if my bisceps actually did something in pull ups/rows i could add another 5-10 kg immediately.

I'm thinking that something like reverse grip curls and zottman curls would do the trick, plus doing sets above 12 rep on chins will pump you up more, last time time i did these I went above 20 reps and my bis/forearms were jacked!
