I love pull ups! Im still small lol, but that def. have done alot for my bi's/back lol, I've progressed from like 2 pullups and 3 chins (half extended) to like 15-16 chins and 12 pullups fully extended, going to start going weighted 5x5 now i rekon, take it nice and slow with the weight and progress. What do you guys think would be a good chinup:bodyweight in terms of like a 1RM weighted one. I weigh 150lb atm.. working on it
