Pulled muscle in back, and looking to start a cycle?

Hey bros, looking for some thoughts on what I should do. I pulled a muscle in my back thursday before last, and I'm wondering how long should I go without touching weights? I went to the doc and he gave me anti-inflamatory and a muscle relaxer. I have not touched weights since it happened so it's been a week and 4 days now. No pushups, no situps, no NOTHING. My back is MUCH better but do you think it would be good to stay away completely for a while longer, or do some light workouts starting with some lower body then working back up to upper? I don't want to re-injure myself, or strain it again so I'm out another few weeks. I'm about to start a 6 week Tren Ace with Winny cycle and Test thrown in at the end of it.......any thoughts would be much appreciated.
