I was doing incline presses, and dropped the weights after a intense pain in my neck. I really dont see the correlation between neck and incline presses, but its there I guess. Now my head is at a 20% angle, because it hurts like hell any other way. Im guessing I just pulled something. Im gonna take a couple days off the gym I guess, but anyone have any advice on what to do, and how long it takes to heal before i can get back into the weights?
