Alright wtf is going on here...
I had a shitty day and I went to the gym to work out some of the aggression. So I decide to work myself extra hard, captain insano style. Anyway, I'm doing squats and I begin to feel a little dizzy...no prob, I just chill out for a bit and get back to normal. 45 min later, afted doing mil presses, I begin to get dizzy again, but this time it's more intense. I begin to sweat, and get really fucking sick to my stomach. I feel like I'm gonna puke and then shit my shorts. I'm pretty sure that it's not heat exhaustion because I didn't have any cramps and I was thoroughly hydrated. I took me about a half hour to get stable enough to drive home. The thing that's rediculous is that I've worked myself as hard, if not harder.
Any of you guys have similar episodes?
