puffy nips, what are they really

carry a small cooler with ice cubes with you if your going some where that you might take your shirt off and right before you do just ice them up a little.

I have a better solution!!! Move to Siberia, Russia!!! It's fucking cold outthere... Your nips will look good!!!

(as far as me, I'll skip that part better be with puffy nips sometimes, then moving back to hell)

I have to dissagree on that.
I have/had the puffy looking nipple syndrome. Not really bad but it was there.
I got my nipples peirced 3 months ago and now the look permenantly hard. It really depends how and where exactly you get peirced on your nipple.
If its too close to the oreole (sp?), too deep into the nipple it will make them look even more puffy.
It happened to a friend of mine.

But I guess every body is diffrent right???

I have the same problem with puffy nips. But what Really helps it is hawaian tropic tanning oil. Whenever I go out during summer or to the beach etc, I put some oil on my pecks/nipples and keeps them looking hard all day.

arimidex/nyc/clen/yohimburn is getting rid of mine pretty well. My problem was mostly lower chest fat. I must say, it has been the most effective treatment i've encountered.

I'm about 3 weeks out of gyno surgery and before the surgery I had the puffy nipple thing bad. Now it looks like a normal flat nipple.

I am taking Arimidex, Nolvadex, and Yohimburn right now and it has not helped at all.

It's been 1 month now taking the Arim and Nolv 1 nolv/day between 1 & 3 Arim/day

Thursday will be one week on the Yohimburn 2 or 3 times a day. Morning, before work out and bed time. I'm not giving up on it yet. Most people that saw results had done it for 2 weeks straight, from what I have read.

I have tried Liquidex up to 1mg /day = did not work.

I'm not giving up yet! but I have to disagree on the Arim, Nolv and Liquidex. has done nothing for me.

Didn't you have some synthol a couple weeks ago? Are you sure you didn't inject synthol in your nipple rather than pgf?


Seriously, I believe the only way to get rid of them once you get them is to have reconstructive surgery. Ask your doctor about a nipplectomy.
