Puffy Nipples?!?

New member
I have always(since puberty) had puffy nipples. Only when my chest is hot and relaxed though.
When my chest is cold, or excited it looks like a ifbb pro's.
Is this gyno or if i dip under 10% would that make a difference?
It gets better and worse all the time. I just started a sus/winny cycle and it's getting better so that could mean i'm just prone to carrying extra bf in that region or at the end of my cycle am i in for it with a nice set of bt's:finger2:

It should get better with a reduction in bf.....try some yohimburn when the bf gets low.....I have the same problem and will have surgery after my show in April.....

Yohimburn didnt do much for me, how much does your surgery cost?

...I don't know yet.....my gf is getting breast implnts so I'm going to ask him if he'll give me a break....the implants are costing $7500 so maybe he'll hook me up....I'm guessing $3-4K

Your damn story is identical to what I could write. The only thing is I also had deca along w/ the other 2. It didn't get any better or worse for me after the cycle. I have yet to try yohimburn but will damn sure post here if it works well.

there was a post on andractim gel working for someone on the board for this, i havent tried it yet, but i will. i have the same exact problem you guys are talking about. No lump, just puffy.

There are many deformities that men call "puffy nipples" and many possible underlying causes. When the problem is fat alone, weight loss can help if you could pick where that weight came from! (Unfortunately we can't pick where weight loss happens.) When puffed nipples comes from gland, weight loss does not help. Puffy Nipple Surgery is sometimes an option. On that page, there is a photograph of the gland removed from that patient. Between the fat and gland removed, surgery was a good option. This is another patient complaining about the same problem. Puffed Nipple Surgery sculpted mainly fat with very little gland removed.

Each problem is different and the solution should be individualized.

Hope this helps,

(Unfortunately we can't pick where weight loss happens.).. really... interesting... however many find that with the appropriate technology.. you can.. When puffed nipples comes from gland, weight loss does not help... PROLACTIN SUPPRESSION.. and perhaps A2 blockage as well as local fat loss reducing local aromatase production..

:p

I just had suregry from gyno but it was from puberty as I am all natural. I fought with my insurance for like a year and I got them to pay for it all. All I had to pay was the co-pay which was 50$. That is an idea for you.

surgery is an option, and if you can get someone to pay for it.. not a horrible one.. but if you can do it without (which most people can) then do so.. with respect to hard tissue a much greater percentage probably need surgery.
