Anyone been? Can you reccomend any Pharm's or other decent places without a bunch of fakes for north american tourists Also what are the best deals to be had down there for various gear? I am thinking a big jug of eq, perhaps primo and some other goodies .....

Go to a vet they should have what you need. When I was in Cancun I went to the vet and they had all the good stuff from QV, AP, Denkall etc.... Very good prices too.
