Techmo bowl=best football game EVER

by far

they actually did a remake that you can buy in the PSN store and xbox live store......

But since the EA/madden and fuckin NFL decided to do a monopoly on licensing, there's no real player names which fuckin blows. i'm so glad those fuckers are facing a class action lawsuit

DT was a stud, got his rookie card autographed when I met him.

Found a 22 year old Ken Griffey Jr chocolate bar last week.

ok, went up there to open the windows... first box I open is a misc box.

I can't do this, no way.

A: too many memories, I'll be up there all night nostalgia hard.

B: too shameful some of the shit I have. been laughing my ass off for the last ten minutes at the first thing I found.

I also found a bunch of old Disney shit, Aladdin etc.

There was the first Beckett Football Monthly in that box too, Bo Jackson 1989.

in the same box I found a Frank Thomas autographed American League baseball, forgot I even had it. I know I've got a couple sweet ass posters signed by him. Total stud, he was the one in that old pic I posted sitting in the cab outside the hotel, with Ellis Burks (another awesome dude).

I held in my hand the other day A 1932 world series baseball signed by babe Ruth and the Yankees. Guy said it was valued at $200,000. I told the old man, "I bet I can out run you"

Lol

Lol

I've got a personalized Sandy Koufax ball.

btw- I have Aladdin, Cinderella, Toy Story, etc. packs because back then the special inserts sold really well.

oh, and in case I never mentioned it I could go into a store and pull out every pack with special inserts.

no, dead serious. I bet my brother and I were among the first to figure out how to do this. we were doing this the very first year card companies started putting rare cards in packs.

we'd start at one end of the city and hit every toy's r us, 7-11, shopko, etc. it'd take an entire day and we'd spend $500-$700 easy.

I have to say though, it did take some of the fun out of opening packs of cards knowing you were gonna get an awesome card every time.
