Puddles...How are your boobs?

Hey girlie,

How are they working out for you?

I've started a "Fun Money" savings account that is really for a boob job. It's not going to be for at least 6 months...maybe a year depending on how things go.

And post some pics won't 'cha!:D

(I'm trying this thread again...addressed to the right person this time!)

I apologize for hijacking this thread but the title "how are your boobs" drew me in. My right breast is sore as hell since I was involved in a 20mph front end collision monday of this week. When I bend over without a bra the weight of my own breast is almost unbearable! Shoulder harnesses are extremely unfriendly to big boobs.

And speaking of implants I wonder if an accident could cause one to burst? God that would be a horror story.

maybe you need someone to rub it!

sorry...I couldn't resist

Maybe you could opt for a sports bra or a tight fitted cotton t instead of going braless (I'm thinking when you sleep, right?)

Uh, uh sister girl....no tittie rubbing for a while. I have'nt even been soaping it in the shower.

I'm actually wondering whether or not I should be conerned. As long as I am wearing a bra its sore but tolerable but when I'm showering or going to bed and bend over it becomes more of a stabbing pain. And my rightie is bruised like a mofo.

It's not likely for an implant to rupture but it would be a pain to have to get a broken implant fixed, if it was a saline implant, no harm done.

As for my boobs...it's been a long drawn out battle. I don't know if you remember me complaining about infection a few weeks after they were done, but I had developed an infection from the stitches used in the lift procedure plus a staph infection in the left breast. So, since April I've been on multiple courses of antibiotics, had to deel with draining from the infected areas, and pain in my left breast presumably from scar tissue that developed with the staph infection as it was very deep into the breast tissue and muscle. To top things off, the lift wasn't done high enough...apparently when he put the implants in, I started swelling up rather quickly, so although the lift appeared good, once the swelling went down it was obvious that he'd have to go back and do it over.

We had been waiting for the infection to clear up, but after each course of antibiotics it just comes back. The doctor used some disolvable stitches which should have disolved within 3 weeks, however it was 8 weeks post-op and pieces of stitches were coming out of infected areas. The doctor said he'd never seen this happen before. While we were waiting for the infection to go away, he removed a cyst for me using another kind of suture (it's not disolvable and it is made with some kind of antibiotic) and I had no problems and healed nicely, so this is what he wants to use for my re-do. I did have surgery scheduled for last week, but these sutures are on backorder across the whole country, so surgery is now scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving.

My left breast didn't drop down all the way, presumably from the scar tissue, so he'll have to cut into the muscle again and do some work to make the pocket bigger. My lower pec is insanely tender, so much so that if I'm laying on my back and just want to stretch my arms over my head it hurts pretty bad. Skull crushers absolutely KILL and I've got to do a lot of stretching before training. I had started training chest for a while, but with the infection and pain I stopped. Hope to be able to resume after this surgery.

The scaring where I didn't develop infection is not noticible, so I'm really looking forward to getting this all done over, because where I did have infection, I've got scar holes and I feel a bit Frankensteinish.

On a good note, when I'm dressed, they look damn good! :D I'm very happy with the size and shape of the implants.

Hmmm...what else? My nipples are actually much more sensitive now than before. For a while after surgery my right one was numb and the left one over-sensitive...they've pretty much evened out, but they're definitely a lot more sensitive than they were before surgery. Oh...and this is weird, but the left one always gets hard before the right one. LOL

Nonerz...do you know if you're going with overs or unders yet?

I am not sure...thinking about unders...and I want BIG bouncy D's! I was also thinking of going under the aeriola...scared of losing sensitivity though.

sorry about your infection...didn't realize the extent of it!

Nonerz, I have a poole too...but I keep dipping in to it for shit like bench shirts and squat suits. :D

I think I'm going with over the muscle, low profile, wide profile, transaxilary, saline, and probably 475-525 cc...not sure on that yet. I don't want big boobs, just proportionate ones.

you said a mouthful.....literally!:lil k:

I'm leaning more toward 475, and no that's not big when your pecs are 7 1/2 inches across, your chest is 40, your shoulders are 49, and you weigh 200 pounds. Symmetry.

The bench shirt will go on just like always...I don't bench to my chest. :)

Anya,
My wife was in a crash this week, & she's pretty sore, too. She'll be fine, though.

My youngest daughter (16) has been having back trouble that she attributed to Boobus Maximus. The Doc says that she had a muscle pull (not related) in her back. She's in a lot of pain, but I think She'll be ok. when I get home, we'll start on some good back exercises for both of them.

They've both been talking about reductions for a while. My oldest daughter wasn't so abundantly blessed, and is quite happy with what she's got.

My Man Boobs only bother me when I run. LOL

I guess everyone has their own vision of what's right for them.
If I could have a fund for getting taller, I'd do that.

Spatts...what you've picked out sounds perfect for you and certainly not big for your body.

My 450's (slightly overfilled) have kept me in a D cup...which is what I was wearing before the implants and lift...only the D's were a bit big on me just before surgery but I couldn't fit into C's. I think going under the muscle has something to do with it though. Spatts will surely see a nice change going over.

Anya, I'm like a bouncey ball...if I fall, I just bounce back up. :) I'm still happier now than I was before with my boobs.

During my boob surgery my surgeon will also be removing some tissue surrounding a pre-cancerous mole I recently had removed. I had two moles removed and biopsied, one on my face that I had since I was about 6 y.o. but it started bleeding when I washed my face with a washcloth, and one on my ribcage that just appeared this year. The one on the ribcage came back with abnormal cells, so I'm going back to the dermatologist to have a few others sent in for biopsy and keeping a good eye on others. Funny thing about the one on my ribcage...it never saw natural sun, only light from a tanning bed for a little over one year. My husband and I noticed this mole within 24 hrs. of eachother and I waited a few months to have it checked. Luckilly I did go in because left unttreated I'd be up shit's creak without a paddle. So, no more tanning for me...I'm getting a nice pasty white now. LOL I'm mentioning this because all of us who tan need to be checked regularly by a dermatologist because catching stuff early is lifesaving.

You know, I would never tan if I had a totally even skin tone. That's the only reason I like to lay out is because my skin looks so flawless and even. If it looked that way milky white, I'd never go out in the sun without sunblock.

That is so true - I feel the same way!

But, yes, I know tanning is NOT good for you. :bawling:

Yeah, I felt the same way but being fair skinned with light eyes, I'm at a high risk, so I'm done with it. Now I'm back to using a foundation when I put my make-up on. Oh well. I am finding it amazing at how deep my tan had gone...I haven't tanned regularly in months yet I've still got some color except for my face, I'm gradually loosing it though.

i have an awesome softball tan.....does that count for anything?

spatts.......you know....the bigger you make you boobs....the shorter your range of motion will be on bench!!!!

makes me thankful for what i have......

Oh yeah, nothing quite as sexy as that good ole' softball/farmer's tan. I had "blocks" of tan in certain spots from my uniform which included long socks, small kneepads, sliding shorts, shorts, t-shirt with sleeves tucked under, v-neck and red neck lines, as well as the nice tan line on my wrist from my glove!

Woo-hoo...I'm so hot! :spatts:

Hey Girls.....how is your benching after implants???? For me it is very uncomfortable....muscles weeker, I can feel the foreign object under the muscles that were ripped off my rib cage and balloons shoved underneath.
Don't get me wrong....I love the results...they look great, but I always feel like I am wearing a pair of glasses....

I'm a powerlifter so this is my main concern. I have to be able to bench. From what I've seen, ladies that go over the muscle heal faster and can still bench, and ladies that go under the muscle have a longer recovery and sometimes can never bench the same again.

Hopefully they will just shorten my bench stroke. :D

Well, Don't go under the muscle if strength is important...I have had mine for 8 years and you can still feel the foreign object, especially when you lift! Muscles are seperated away from your chest with no chance of re-attaching because of the implant....I love the look, but the functionality may not be worth it. I have trained hard to get my strength back...it is imposible for a muscle to work properly when pulled out 4 inches away from your rib cage!

I hate the way they feel when I'm doing certain things, they jump around under the muscle and it just feels WEIRD! If I was a power lifter or in competitions I'd definitely go with overs but for my lifestyle and body, I'm still glad I went with unders.
